SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital A Joint venture with Select MedicalPosition: Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Richmond Heights, MOSchedule: Full-Time Day or Night 6:45-7:15 - weekend option F/S/S or S/S/MCompensation: $6 weekend option differential + $35.00 - $52.00 based on years of experience  Competitive Shift Differentials Nights $4

Responsibilities

  • Receive admissions and/or transfers
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
  • Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
  • Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Instruct and counsel patients/families

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS required at hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
  • Clinical experience
