Senior Software Engineer, Technology Solutions

As a Senior Software Engineer supporting our Customer Engagement Solutions team, you will design, build, and support full-stack solutions critical to all aspects of our business. The solutions you build will be used by both our internal customers and our external clients. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade custom solutions in the Salesforce and AWS ecosystems and adjacent technologies. As a senior member of the Technology Solutions department, you will serve as a technical leader, taking the lead on architecture decisions while providing mentorship and guidance to developers. You will facilitate and drive architectural direction for the team, drawing on your own experience and that of your peers. You will communicate clearly and effectively with engineering peers and business stakeholders alike, partnering across departments to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade applications
• 5+ years of experience developing with an object-oriented language, such as C# or Java, to support back-end services and APIs; willingness and ability to learn similar languages such as Apex
• Experience developing with JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks to enable premium user experiences
• Experience or interest in working with the Salesforce and AWS ecosystems
• Experience with automation and CI/CD practices and tooling
• Experience designing queries in SQL Server or another relational database platform
• Familiarity with Databricks or other data lake platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with public website CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus
• Previous professional experience in the financial services sector is a plus but not required
