What You'll Be Doing

The Stifel Pledge Asset (SPA) Coordinator is responsible for loan requests from application to closing. This position will assist in the lending process of SPA loan requests through proper documentation while balancing service, quality compliance, and relationship building.

What We're Looking For

  • Works closely with SPA Lenders to review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy.
  • Review and prepare supporting documentation such as Trust Agreements and Business Papers.
  • Assists with the approval process of outgoing SPA advances.
  • Obtains and updates daily index rate changes in the loan system.
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of the filing process.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Understands and complies with industry regulations.

What You'll Bring

  • Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Team-oriented, possesses a positive attitude, and works well with others.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Required: 0-2 years of customer service experience.

Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
