About the Role

MOOV Health & Wellness is seeking a driven Studio Manager to lead operations, team performance, and business growth within a dynamic wellness studio. This role blends hospitality, healthcare, and retail-style performance accountability, partnering with clinical leadership to deliver exceptional care while actively driving revenue, membership growth, and studio profitability.

 

The Opportunity

  • Own studio performance across operations, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Lead daily sales execution, including memberships, packages, and service conversion.
  • Monitor and act on KPIs such as lead conversion, retention, utilization, and average ticket value.
  • Coach and motivate staff to meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve profitability and growth.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership on promotions, launches, and local outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

 

Required Experience and Competencies

  • 2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated sales and revenue accountability.
  • Track record of achieving performance targets and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with comfort interpreting metrics and driving action plans.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical spa, fitness, or wellness environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA principles a plus.
  • Strong customer experience mindset with the ability to balance care and commerce.
