Position Highlights
  • Full-time, employed Urology position
  • Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient

Schedule & Call
  • 40-hour workweek
  • Call requirement: 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
  • Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift


Compensation & Incentives
  • Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee
  • Sign-on bonus: $50,000
  • Quality bonus: 5%+ annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
  • APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
  • Additional income through clinical research participation

Qualifications
