BGS is seeking an F-22 Systems Engineer (Entry or Associate) to support the F-22 program in Berkeley, Missouri.  This role will be performing Reliability and Maintainability analysis for the F-22 A/C.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry or Associate F-22 Systems Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development and verification of a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
  • Assists with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces
  • Assists with various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
  • Assists with analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement14+ years of related work experience)
  • Active Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2 years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Aircraft Maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of Reliability calculations and terms (i.e. MTBR, MTBF, MTBM, NMC-M, NMC-S, RTOK)
  • Knowledge of supply concepts and interface with supply and assist with supply analysis
  • Knowledge of predictive analysis.
  • Knowledge of Aircraft driven Fault reporting
  • Knowledge of Mx Code generation i.e ATLAS and/or other databases
  • Knowledge of basic programming, VBA use with Access and Excel
