WashU's Division of Student Affairs seeks a psychological professional for the position of Staff Psychologist. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission of the university through resources and experiences outside the classroom that prepare our students for lifelong success.Position provides psychological services including individual and group therapy and crisis intervention to WashU students. Position also provides supervision and training to doctoral interns and practicum trainees as well as consultation and outreach to the WashU community.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides individual, couples, group psychotherapy, initial consultation and crisis intervention for clients.
- Completes all documentation of clinical services within department guidelines and ethical and legal parameters.
- Conducts community outreach and consultation services to students, staff and faculty.
- Supervises non-licensed staff, doctoral interns and practicum trainees as needed. Provides didactic training and consultation to doctoral interns and practicum trainees.
- Participates in treatment team, consultation, and staff meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned, in consultation with supervisor.

- 1-2 years of post-graduation experience in a college or university counseling center.
- Missouri licensure within 12 months.

$74,900.00 - $116,000.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
