Responsibilities:
- ADL Support: Apply your CNA training to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene with skill and compassion.
- Mobility & Transfers: Safely assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper technique.
- Medication Reminders: Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules and routines.
- Nutrition & Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and preparation in accordance with dietary needs; monitor hydration and nutritional intake.
- Companionship: Build genuine relationships with clients through meaningful conversation and accompaniment to appointments and activities.
- Health Observation & Documentation: Leverage your clinical eye to monitor and report changes in client condition, and document care accurately.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification (required)
- Caregiving or clinical experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
