This part-time customer service opportunity offers a competitive wage of $17 per hour. This part-time customer service position requires flexibility, with shifts available during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. All shifts are performed onsite at our St. Louis location.

GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service experience
  • Sales (supporting and recommending products and services to guests) experience
  • Experience maintaining organized product displays and stocked retail shelves
  • Experience in handling phone systems
  • Ability to manage cash and balance cash drawers
  • Friendly personality
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism
  • Basic computer and software skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and spend time at a computer screen

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER?

In this part-time customer service role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, whether they call, text, or visit the school in person. You will assist and mentor Future Professionals, providing guidance as they learn and observe the systems necessary for a smooth guest service experience, from check-in to check-out. Your daily responsibilities will include managing phone systems, handling cash drawers, scheduling guest appointments, and maintaining a positive and organized front desk environment.
