The Sr. Finance Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Finance leadership team by ensuring the effective implementation and consistent communication of critical large-scale initiatives. This role also manages the Business Intelligence and FinOps portfolio, which includes overseeing programs from ideation to execution, collaborating with the Technology, Enterprise Data Hub, Global Finance Systems, Billings, and Contract-to-Order teams on the deployment of system enhancements, and facilitating the adoption of business process changes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring progress against goals, compiling standard project reporting packages, and leading team meetings as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the position.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles (OKRs/KPIs) and track progress against the defined goals. 

  • Build and maintain high-trust partnerships across Finance and broader cross-functional teams to ensure sustained organizational alignment.

  • Manage seamless communication loops between Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of strategic milestones.

  • Lead Business Intelligence and FinOps scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are clearly defined and actionable.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, artifact logs, and essential documentation to ensure project continuity and transparency.

  • Leverage Jira to analyze Velocity, Cycle Time, and Burndown charts, providing data-driven insights to optimize team performance.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate blockers—such as data access issues, compliance hurdles, or technical gaps—to maintain team momentum.

  • Drive cross-alliance collaboration to prioritize and implement integrated business solutions.

  • Assist the Sales Compensation team with plan design sessions, dispute/exception resolution, and year-end performance reviews.


What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  •  5–8 years of Program Management experience, specifically within large-scale or complex organizational environments.

  • Proven ability to build trust with business partners, developing a deep understanding of their operational needs and project requirements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.  

  • Demonstrated ability to align business objectives with technological solutions to drive efficiency and results.

  • High level of attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy in data and project delivery.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is required and hands-on experience with Jira and Tableau is plus.
