Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) F-15 International Organization is currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative Systems Engineering Manager (Level K) to lead the Middle East Systems Engineering, Integration & Testing (SEIT) Engineering team within the Air Dominance Fighters team.

The F-15 Middle East SEIT Engineering team is responsible for the systems engineering statement of work (e.g. Requirements, Architecture, Interfaces, Integration, etc.) as well as overall technical excellence of our Qatar and Saudi Arabia programs. This leader will be responsible for integrating their team’s design and analysis in the program’s weapon system lifecycle while ensuring certification compliance for applicable certs.  The leader will be responsible for staffing and execution of their team working closely with the engineering capabilities.  They will be required to coordinate integrated solutions across multiple teams and capabilities. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Engineering.
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Manage, develop and motivate employees.

Travel may be required up to 25% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.   An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 5+ years of engineering related experience.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Experience with major program design reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and execution of enterprise standard gated reviews.
  • Experience with communication and interaction with other Boeing organizations, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure effective integration and execution of a plan.Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
