Job Duties 

  • Analytics Solution Development & Delivery – Lead design and deployment of enterprise analytics solutions across manufacturing and supply chain functions. Manage full project lifecycle and develop scalable self‑service models and data pipelines.
  • Data Management & Integration – Oversee ETL processes across SAP, IFS, and BAAN. Ensure data quality and governance, and implement data solutions aligned with enterprise architecture while optimizing data storage and accessibility.
  • Technical Leadership – Apply advanced tools such as PySpark, Power BI, and SQL. Guide and mentor the analytics team while establishing coding standards and staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Business Partnership & Strategy – Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytics opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and present insights to executives.
  • Team Management – Build and lead a high‑performing analytics team, manage resource allocation and project prioritization, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
    • Non-degree considered with 12+ years related experience plus high school diploma or GED.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in relevant technologies (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Experience with advanced analytics including AI/ML, optimization, and simulation.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Proven track record in enterprise analytics solution design and delivery. Strong project management skills across multiple complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Power BI. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, BAAN). Strong background in cloud data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake). Familiarity with Python, R, or Scala.
