Inside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to dealers, branches, and customers in regard to product specification, pricing, and delivery.
Process amendment requests through Production and Engineering, as required.
Process special feature requests.
Provide major account support as assigned.

Qualifications:

This position requires an Associate's degree or 6 years equivalent experience.
One or two years experience in a customer service environment and strong product knowledge are preferred.
Computer skills are required. A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes would be helpful.
