Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Part-Time and PRN - St. Marys, Ohio


Flexible Part-Time & PRN Positions Available in a Skilled Nursing Facility


Join our rehab team and make a difference in the lives of residents while enjoying a schedule that fits your lifestyle. We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments according to established care plans
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate with therapists, nursing staff, families, and care teams
  • Complete timely documentation and billing
  • Assist with discharge planning and restorative programs
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy-related care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Current PTA license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
  • Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
