About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications before they reach our customers. You'll play a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability.

Location: Woodbury, MN

Shift: 2nd shift 4x10

Hours: 3:15pm - 1:45, Monday - Thursday

Department: Quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products using established procedures.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
