Your Impact in This Role

As a Production Line Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Sort out trash and contaminants from recycled glass materials on a conveyor belt

• Sweep, shovel, and maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Operate light equipment such as pallet jacks and Dingo utility machines

• Monitor and clean production equipment, including screeners, trash chutes, and optical sorters

• Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly

• Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• Stand for extended periods during shift hours

• Assist with all other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What You Bring to the Table

• Ability to work safely around moving equipment 

• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical labor for long periods

• Ability to work in dusty, noisy, and fast-paced environments

• Basic mechanical awareness and attention to detail

• Must follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Previous experience in recycling, production, or general labor is a plus
