The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, data focused analyst to be responsible for quality assurance activities in delivery of data services to customers.  This position will be hybrid in Eagan, MN office.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Use trends and quantitative analysis to review and approve quality of incoming and outgoing data feeds
  • Proactively trouble-shoot exceptions with deeper level investigations into the data
  • Ability to clearly summarize quality issues to internal stake-holders, providing appropriate back up detail and potential product impacts
  • Work well within a close team to review issues, share workload and ensure all production tasks are completed on time.
  • Continuously evaluate QC processes and make recommendations for process improvement

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL, with intermediate querying skills
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with an investigative approach
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
