Overview
Looking for meaningful weekend work that helps clients regain independence? Join Home Health Care, Inc. as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. You’ll work with OTs to restore client function, educate families, and deliver home-based therapy rooted in compassion.


Duties

  • Carry out treatment interventions crafted by an Occupational Therapist, including exercises and functional activities.
  • Observe and report patient progress or complications to the OT.
  • Provide coaching to clients and their families on the use of assistive devices and home-based care plans.
  • Document all interventions and patient responses in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate care updates with the OT and wider healthcare team.

Skills

  • Licensed COTA in Minnesota.
  • Experience with patient mobility and ADLs.
  • Ability to thrive with autonomy during weekend shifts.
  • Comfort working in diverse home environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
