About the Role:

As a valued team member, you will provide client service coordination and compliance support to assigned service areas. Coordinate incoming client referrals and manage the intake process. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to connect clients and their families to services. Support the Director of Aging Services by managing regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to state and federal licensing regulations. Provide backup support to other admin roles as required.
Qualifications:
An associate’s degree in gerontology, business, human services, social work, or another related field is required. Strongly related work experience of at least 2 years may be exchanged for the AA degree. At least 3 years’ experience with program administration or service coordination required. A bachelor’s degree in gerontology, business, human services, social work, or another related field is preferred along with experience working in a health care setting and with older adults. CPR and First Aid certification are also preferred.
