Job Summary

Summary: Join Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena as a Cook, where you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality dishes for Wild games, Frost games, concerts, and other premier events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and appetizers, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality and consistency to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations.
Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations during events.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle high-volume production.
Passion for culinary excellence and a team-oriented mindset.
