Position Responsibilities:Â
Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs as the EHS Program Manager, conducting risk assessments, managing strategic projects, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability, and staying informed on evolving regulations to improve EHS initiatives and minimize operational risks
Create comprehensive EHS programs in consultation with the EHS Director, including policies, standards, guidelines, and training content
Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by executing standardized EHS programs
Partner with the internal training team to develop robust EHS training programs that reinforce compliance and safety awareness
Establish and oversee a nationwide safety compliance audit team to conduct site inspections and share best practices
Enhance data analysis tools and reporting methods to optimize performance monitoring and improve reporting quality for senior management and regulatory bodies

Required Education and Experience:Â
Bachelor’s Degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of specific experienceÂ
