Position Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs as the EHS Program Manager, conducting risk assessments, managing strategic projects, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability, and staying informed on evolving regulations to improve EHS initiatives and minimize operational risks

  • Create comprehensive EHS programs in consultation with the EHS Director, including policies, standards, guidelines, and training content

  • Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by executing standardized EHS programs

  • Partner with the internal training team to develop robust EHS training programs that reinforce compliance and safety awareness

  • Establish and oversee a nationwide safety compliance audit team to conduct site inspections and share best practices

  • Enhance data analysis tools and reporting methods to optimize performance monitoring and improve reporting quality for senior management and regulatory bodies

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of specific experience
