Regions Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor.
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will:
- Provides general leadership and direction for all technician-related activities.Â
- Coordinates workflow, scheduling, evaluation process, new hire training and general direction of technician staff for accomplishment of department goals.Â
- Works under the direction and/or supervision of the Pharmacy Managers to assist in the provision of effective, appropriate and safe pharmacy distribution services; customer services.
- Related duties as assigned.Â

Work Schedule:
FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. Weekly), Day Shift
Typically, Mon-Friday shift, occasional evening or weekend presence may be needed for projects or employee connection.

Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:Â
- Bachelor’s degree or any combinations of experience and post-high school education to equal four years.Â
- At least four years of pharmacy technician experience in a hospital, community, or institutional pharmacy.
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
- Registered as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or National Health Career Association (tracked in department)
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:Â
Completion of an accredited program for pharmacy technicians preferred.Â
Two years supervisory or lead experience in a hospital or institutional setting preferred.Â
