Regions is hiring an Occupational Therapist/COTA.

Occupational Therapy OP orthopedic clinic located at the HealthPartners 401 Specialty Center in the Lymphedema department.  Lymphedema certification or prior experience preferred but could provide training/mentoring if needed.  Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. This position uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Three 9 hour days (8 am-5:30 pm)

OT Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist

  • Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist

  • Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar settings/diagnosis.

  • Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.

 

COTA Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a two-year accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Licensed/registered/certified with Board of Occupational Therapy and Minnesota Department of Health. CPR Certification (Basic Life Support)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years; Experience in similar settings

  • Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position
