SUMMARY

The Physical Therapist assists clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore maximum function. This position serves our in house therapy needs for residents. Productivity would be based on qualitative patient focused care. There are opportunities to expand into aquatic physical therapy services, CEU opportunities, and license reimbursement. 

Job Specifications

Education, Experience and Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy required.
• One or more years hands-on experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist and must maintain licensure.
• CPR/First Aid certified through American Red Cross required.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
