Job DetailsJob Location: Eagan, MN 55120Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 HourlyJob Purpose: - The Shift Leader at Fresh Dining Concepts LLC plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment during assigned shifts. This position is responsible for ensuring that all team members perform their duties efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. The Shift Leader acts as a liaison between management and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting the company's values and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and maintain quality control standards in food preparation and service. - Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. - Assist in training and development of team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply of products. - Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organization. - Prepare and submit shift reports to management, highlighting any issues or achievements. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team motivation and engagement. - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions - Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
