Compensation: Base Salary, $50,000. Plus, uncapped performance bonuses & commission. Expected total cash compensation of $70,000+. Medical, Dental, PTO.


Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Studio Lead to come on board as a founding team member. You will take full ownership of our brand-new studio’s success before day one. While you will oversee daily operations of a world-class fitness studio, your primary directive is growth: Driving sales, generating leads, closing memberships, and building our community.

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of management experience preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality. Experience in direct sales and lead generation.
  • Flexibility: Work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support launch events and peak hours.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm and 3 pm – 7 pm
  • Wednesdays, Fridays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
  • Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
  • Expected hours: 45 hours per week
