Fairview is looking for a Supervisor- Timekeeping Integrity to join our team.  The Timekeeping Integrity Supervisor is responsible for leading the day to day timekeeping activities, including work assignments, scheduling, performance management and documentation and process improvement efforts to ensure seamless payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Timekeeping Integrity team, including day to day activities, workload, performance management and scheduling
  • Project management skills (self-directed, with excellent prioritization, planning and organization skills)
  • Provides exemplary customer services to all Fairview employees, managers, HR partners and outside vendors, agencies
  • Actively leads the creation and implementation of process improvement for the timekeeping process
  • Creates and maintains department process flows and standard work documents


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years Payroll Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A.A./A.S. Human Resources, Accounting, Tax or related field
  • 5 years Payroll Experience
  • Experience in a complex organization
  • Experience in a union environment
  • Lawson and/or Kronos knowledge
  • FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certificate)
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional)
