Regions Hospital is Hiring a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator. The Regions Hospital Supply Chain team focuses on the effective and efficient use of resources to deliver the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, to the right place.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the inventory and distribution processes for supply chain operational supported locations. 
  • Manages workflow to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently. 
  • Coordinates all daily activities related to keeping accurate inventory levels in assigned locations. Communicate issues as they arise with leadership in both supply chain and supporting departments. 
  • Perform duties as assigned which may be interdepartmental or organizational wide in scope. May work at various sites based on need.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to read, speak and write English, work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks and respond to changes as necessary.

Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly, Day/Evening Shift

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in medical supply chain and/or two years’ experience/knowledge of products and/or processes related to supply chain

Preferred Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Two years of previous experience in a healthcare inventory coordinator role.

Licensure/Registration/Certification: Valif Driver’s license and the ability to be insured to drive via Regions Hospital standard and policies.
