Job Description

$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses

Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at 4701 Clark Ave in White Bear Lake, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food quality assurance
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize efficiency
