• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters childhood development.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, exploration, and creativity.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding each student’s day, progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Assess student performance through various methods and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in education administration activities such as staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred and have a current teaching license.
• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and the ability to adapt materials for diverse learning needs.
• A passion for teaching young children and fostering a love for learning.
