Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Private Kindergarten Teacher to join our NEW location, The Goddard School (Settlers Ridge). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of our students, guiding them through their early educational journey while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters childhood development.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, exploration, and creativity.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding each student’s day, progress, behavior, and any concerns.
  • Assess student performance through various methods and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in education administration activities such as staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred and have a current teaching license.
