Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to work at an elementary school near Saint Paul, Minnesota for the remainder of the 20252026 school year.

Position Details:

Grade Level: Elementary
Caseload: Approximately 8 students
Student Needs: EBD, OHD, TBI
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Assignment: Full-time, in-person

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction aligned with students IEPs
Implement behavior-support strategies for students with diverse needs
Collaborate with school staff, related service providers, and families
Maintain documentation, assessments, and progress monitoring

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota teaching license with Special Education endorsement
Experience working with students with EBD, OHD, or TBI preferred
Strong communication and classroom-management skills
