We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Installation Department.

Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PMÂ
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMÂ
- Days Off: Wednesday & ThursdayÂ
Position Summary
This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient installation operations. You will coordinate schedules, manage equipment ordering, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the Install Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities with precision.
Requirements
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers, technicians, and internal teamsÂ
- Order equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery for scheduled installsÂ
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery or product issuesÂ
- Process and manage all installation-related paperwork, including rebates and warrantiesÂ
- Maintain accurate records of installations, orders, and inventoryÂ
- Act as a liaison between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless executionÂ
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stockÂ
- Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesÂ
- Utilize inventory management systems (ServiceTitan) to track materials and equipmentÂ
- Support the Install Manager with daily operations and administrative tasksÂ
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- Previous inventory or coordination experience preferredÂ
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plusÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsÂ
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation processes is preferredÂ
- High attention to detail and accuracyÂ
- Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyÂ
