RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the helping hand as part of our team to complete various repair and remodel jobs that involves carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, painting/staining, light electrical and plumbing, etc.
Help in demo and tear out on jobs.
Help with organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs as needed.
Maintain clean, organized and safe jobsite, company vehicles, company office and premises.
Effectively communicate with team lead/supervisor, office team and other teams as needed.
Follow company process and procedures.
Assist in company business activities as needed.
Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A strong work ethic and highly dependable
1 to 3+ years of field experience in the home construction, repair & remodel industries.
Coachable and a fast learner.
Professional attitude with good manners.
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Driver's license is required
