Job Description Summary
Under limited supervision, analyzes current business processes and identifies opportunities that result in improved client service, cross-site consistency, increased operational efficiencies and/or cost savings. Designs and implements PC/application solutions to fulfill the changing needs of Operations. Diagnoses and restores applications and other internal Operations tools. Communicates progress to clients in a timely manner and completes tasks in sufficient time to minimize disruption to business operations. Develops technical documentation and user manuals for all applications and performs initial associate onboarding laptop/network access training.Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates custom processes/solutions for business end user needs, both physical and remote.
- Acts as a central point of contact for all onboarding/transfers/terminations for bank technical equipment
- and oversees all access to network and bank applications.
- Reimages and stages bank computer applications on all new laptops.
- Provides end user support for all bank departments and dedicated support personnel.
- Provide physical network switch assistance for bank building ethernet wiring from switches to the
- workstations.
- Utilizes multiple processes for client support, via a dedicated shared mailbox, MS Teams channel, tech
- phone line, and Service Now queues.
- Oversees all bank access multifactor authentication requirements and monitors/remediates assets out
- of compliance.
- Establishes and maintains integrated database connections for bank PC asset tracking. (Excel or
- Access).
- Maintains working knowledge of business processes/interfaces with end-users to gather system
- requirements as needed; analyzes and reviews information requirements for ongoing reports and
- comparisons as needed.
- Administers dedicated bank file share servers and produces quarterly access permissions reporting for
- auditing processes.
- Creates and develops ad hoc reports under short timeframes and with minimal direction and
- supervision.
- Reviews reports for accuracy and reasonableness and determines when information needs further
- review.
- Evaluates existing data systems and recommend improvements in functionality, efficiency, consistency, and workflow.
- Identifies and corrects OS system or application settings and defects.
- Provides follow-up with internal clients regarding completed tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Basic OS and domain network operations, peripheral set-ups, and troubleshooting.
