About our property:
Originally opened in 1949, the Beachcomber's name captures the essence of the property. It's all about the beach. Put your toes in the sand and soak in the sun on 200 feet of private beachfront. As was the norm in the early iterations of Florida hotels, Beachcomber's rooms all open up to a lush courtyard featuring tropical gardens, pools and endless spots to relax in the shade. No matter where you are, at the Beachcomber, you're always just steps from the beach and within earshot of live music emanating from our legendary beach bar, Jimmy B's!What you will have an opportunity to do:
Perform nightly audit procedures to balance daily hotel transactions and prepare financial reports
Accurately post room charges, payments, adjustments, and other guest transactions
Operate the front desk during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor hotel activity to ensure guest safety and security overnight
Prepare and distribute daily reports as required
Communicate overnight issues or follow-ups to management and morning shift teams
Follow all company policies, accounting procedures, and safety standards

What are we looking for?
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
Accounting or hospitality experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and basic accounting or cash-handling skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
Comfortable with using hotel systems, computers, and basic office equipment
Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight shifts
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
