Quality Inspector 

2nd Shift Hours, Monday - Friday

Position Summary

In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction. A general knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, process and part terminology, and sampling plans is required. 

Key Responsibilities

• Actively performing process and visual inspections during production, in process inspection, final inspection audits, perform dimensional analysis, First Article Inspection
• Complete metrology tasks using hand measurement tools, optical and digital inspection equipment
• Performs audit on products produced and accurately records results
• Audit production records, scan and create digital files
• Must pass vision and color tests
• Inspector must have MS Word & Excel spreadsheet knowledge. Data entry and some basic statistical/math knowledge is required.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work un-supervised and well with others – in a team environment. Must be able to train others on quality criteria and gauging techniques
• A general knowledge of ISO 9001 is needed, must comply with Company ISO policies and procedures
• Inventory Control experience a plus

Qualifications

• Prior Plastic Injection Molding Operation and Inspection experience

• Employee must be able to properly use mic’s and inspection equipment.
  
• Must have high school or trade school diploma or minimum of five years in the trade or suitable equivalent.
