Server

The Princess Martha is in need of customer service oriented individuals who are interested in being a part time server in our dining room. This position is responsible for:

• Fold napkins
• Check tables in the station to ensure they are ready for service
• Ensure all water pitchers, coffee, ice, soup, lemons and china is available and ready for use during service.
• Follow all facility guidelines regarding serving residents and guest meals.
• If resident concern/problem occurs, apologize to the resident and inform supervisor immediately.
• Use proper lifting techniques at all times
• Pre-bus tables. Place dishes and silverware in dish area.
• Complete closing side duties as assigned.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Assist with opening & closing tasks
• Learn front and back of house
• Taking dining orders for residents
• Relaying information to our kitchen
• Carrying and distributing food to our residents
• Providing a positive attitude

Customer Service is 99% of this job.

We are looking for Part Time Servers to be available on call as well.
