Plant Operator

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor aggregate plant equipment to support safe, efficient production

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on stationary and mobile equipment

• Assist with plant cleanup and general labor tasks to maintain a safe work area

• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate needs to the team

• Learn and operate additional equipment such as loaders, skid steers, water trucks, and other support machinery

What We Are Looking For

• Capability to operate or learn to operate aggregate plant and mobile equipment safely

• Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and following established procedures

• Ability to perform basic maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in varied outdoor conditions

• Dependable work habits, teamwork, and a focus on quality and productivity

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
