Position Summary:

The Maintenance Tech position entails conducting quarterly maintenance assessments, repairs, and documenting tasks. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring support, and serving the needs of quarterly maintenance clients.

Role and Responsibilities

Quarterly Maintenance Tasks:

• Ensure the KHM van is stocked and prepared for efficient quarterly visits.
• Schedule quarterly maintenance visits with clients and manage schedule changes.
• Perform all required quarterly checks.
• Create and send invoices for time and materials used during maintenance visits.
• Compile comprehensive Jobber reports and inform clients, managers, and accounting.

Customer Relations Cultivation:

• Act as the primary interface for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Address issues and concerns respectfully, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
• Maintain a comfortable and satisfactory client experience.

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify potential One-Off Maintenance jobs during quarterly visits.
• Communicate maintenance needs to clients and manage final sales communication and contract processes.
• Refer One-up Jobs to the Project Manager for further action.
