Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Developer to support the development, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of a large-scale enterprise application. The role involves Java/J2EE development, defect resolution, performance improvements, database work, and Agile/Scrum collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects.
Implement enhancements, refactoring, UI, reporting, and performance improvements.
Analyze requirements and create technical solutions/documentation.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint activities.
Use Azure DevOps for work tracking and development processes.
Support knowledge transfer and application documentation.

Required Skills

10+ years: J2EE, Java, IBM DB2 UDB, Eclipse
1–3 years: eXPRS application development
State government experience within the last 5 years
Strong enterprise application development experience
Agile/Scrum experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
