Join our team as a Noc shift Med Tech/Caregiver (10P-6A) at Everbloom Memory Care and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. In this Onsite position, you will be part of a dedicated team that values empathy, excellence, and integrity. Your customer-centric approach and commitment to high performance will be highly valued and appreciated. We are currently searching to fill Thursday-Saturday noc shift.

Your day to day as a Caregiver

As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. You will provide companionship, engage residents in meaningful activities, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Your role will involve observing and documenting any changes in residents' health or behavior, communicating effectively with the care team and families, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our residents. With guidance and support from our experienced staff, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your caregiving skills while making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Does this sound like you?

• To excel as a Med Tech, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills are required for documentation purposes, and fluency in English is essential for clear communication with residents and team members.
• Your ability to be detail-oriented and compassionate, coupled with a strong work ethic, will contribute to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
• Following care plans accurately, documenting observations diligently, and demonstrating empathy in your interactions are key skills that will enable you to thrive in this fulfilling role.
