Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the Toast POS system efficiently and accurately to process orders and payments

- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions and make recommendations

- Assist with bringing food to tables and ensuring timely service

- Clean tables, floors, and dining areas as needed to uphold cleanliness standards

- Learn and assist with order expo for both in-house and takeout orders

- Communicate effectively with guests, cooks, and team members to ensure smooth operations

- Adhere to personal appearance and uniform standards

- Demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness in all interactions

- Attend scheduled shifts reliably and maintain good attendance

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred

- Ability to operate POS systems, specifically Toast POS, is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Outgoing personality with a friendly, approachable demeanor

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks

- Knowledge of food service operations and menu items
