- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members across sales and operations.
- Set clear expectations, performance goals, and accountability standards.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

Sales Leadership & Execution
- Oversee and lead the entire sales function, including lead management, quoting, and order flow.

- Monitor pipeline activity and sales performance.
Strategic Growth & Business Development

- Coordinate with operations on fulfillment, timelines, and product issues.
Vendor & Purchasing Oversight
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure purchasing processes are followed.
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues.
- Provide feedback to vendors to improve support and service levels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key metrics including sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Forecast revenue and adjust strategies as needed.
- Use data and reporting to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Provide consistent, meaningful reporting to ownership on business performance.
