This position supports several outside sales staff and requires some construction knowledge (including, but not limited to sheet metal, roofing, etc.) Good communication and phone skills are required. The employee must be organized and have good math and writing skills. This position offers much variety, with many opportunities to learn and develop your career. Casual but fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and serving customers. We are based in Salem, OR with satellite facilities in Washington and California. QualificationsQualifications: Must have a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing. CRM software experience desired Typing skills and 10-key proficiency Electronic file maintenance and tracking experience Good verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data Good time management skills -- ability to maintain levels of productivity including backing-up other positions in the company Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to quickly and accurately input customer orders into a cloud-based system Multi-line phone skills
