Job DetailsJob Location: Sunnyview - Salem, OR 97305Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: None The purpose of this job is to optimize inventory usage in the process of blending grass seed for customer orders.  Maintaining stock levels by analyzing supply chain data, forecasting demand, and tracking inventory metrics.  Heavily focusing on daily production order accuracy and customer satisfaction while fulfilling Pratum’s mission is to be an agricultural cooperative dedicated to innovative solutions, excellent service, and long-term relationships. The following are specific tasks and responsibilities related to this position, but the position may require other duties and special projects as assigned.                                                              Tasks & Responsibilities   Coordinate daily order fulfillment activities, ensuring efficient inventory utilization and accurate management of Bills of Materials (BOMs). Oversee bagging line setup and verify operational readiness, ensuring accurate product information and proper blending specifications are followed. Monitor, reconcile, and maintain inventory records to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous process improvement. Conduct thorough quality and accuracy inspections of orders prior to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance standards. Verify grass seed labeling accuracy and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed daily production and operational records in accordance with company procedures. Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to housekeeping and workplace standards.
