Leasing Agent – Apartments | $20-24/hr + Perks
Location: Salem, OR (Northplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time |Wednesday - Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 60 min unpaid lunch

What You’ll Do
- Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
- Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals
- Process applications and maintain accurate resident files
- Track leads and support leasing and marketing efforts
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns
- Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas
- Support outreach and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, professional leasing office and environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
- Driver's license and auto insurance required
- Lease-up experience a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Spanish speaking preferred but not requiredÂ
About the Property
Northplace Apartment Homes is a new community in Salem, OR. This role is an essential part of our lease up team with our 405-door community next door. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up team and help build a vibrant resident community from the ground up.
Physical Requirements
Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
