This role offers predictable schedules, no nights or on-call coverage, and strong clinical support—allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative overload. New graduates are welcome and supported through a structured mentorship program and will receive ongoing executive support.
Responsibilities
- Daily patient rounding
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership
- Complete documented notes in EHR with integrated AI that allows quick seamless documentation
Qualifications
- Active or eligible NP or PA-C license
- DEA and national certification (or ability to obtain)
- SNF experience preferred, not required. New Grads are welcome to apply.
