Compensation: base hourly pay + (uncapped) commission

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop & maintain relationships
Follow the company sales process
Generate new business through cold calling
Track all activity in the CRM
Prepare estimates and manage leads
Meet & exceed individual/company sales goals

Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism
Communicate clearly and professionally
Learn new products and systems quickly
Stay organized and manage your workflow
Team oriented and represent the company well

Requirements

Retail sales or customer service experience
Basic computer skills & CRM experience
High school diploma/GED
Valid Oregon driver’s license
