We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our team. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of one of our five locations: Salem, OR Auburn, WA Spokane, WA Riverside, CA Sacramento, CA Key Responsibilities Research and track construction projects through databases, bid boards, and industry connections. Qualify opportunities and generate leads for the sales and estimating teams. Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project handoff. Provide regular reports and updates on project pipeline and lead generation activities.
